Updated SML theme
notable changes:
- made icon paths relative
- no longer relies on
styleTokens.json
also added custom leaflet assets. as discussed with @retani, those should actually live in static/leaflet. putting them into the theme dir for now, until a solution is found. #509
also added the maptiler style as json
